Jan. 3, 2013 - Jamba Juice Company today announced the launch of its first kids-focused offerings, the Jamba Kids Meals. The new kids meals were designed in partnership with the Jamba Healthy Living Council, and were informed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's MyPlate dietary guidelines. They also have the highest whole fruit servings of any leading quick service restaurant kids meal. Each meal contains two and one-half servings of fruits and/or vegetables, a serving of whole grains, and provides an excellent source of protein.

Jan. 3, 2013 - 7-Eleven, Inc. continues its expansion in the Lone Star state with today's announcement that the company acquired 143 Speedy Stop and Tigermarket retail locations from C. L. Thomas, Inc. of Victoria, Texas. The acquisition, which closed Dec. 31, increases 7-Eleven stores' footprint in San Antonio, where recently the country's largest convenience retailer purchased 25 stores as part of its acquisition from TETCO, Inc. It also adds to 7-Eleven's growing fuel wholesale-delivery business because the acquisition includes gasoline distribution to approximately 150 dealer-operated sites.

Jan. 2, 2013 - StickNFind.com today announced that it has raised $450,000, more than six times the initial campaign goal for the Stick-N-Find on crowdfunding platform IndieGoGo.com. Stick-N-Find is a coin-sized Bluetooth sticker that can be easily attached to any object and tracked through the companion mobile App. The sticker is tracked by through the App by turning a user's smartphone into a radar screen and tracking up to 20 stickers within a 100 ft. radius.

Jan. 1, 2013 - LG Electronics (LG) announced today that it will begin accepting pre-orders for its 55-inch class (54.6-inch diagonal) WRGB OLED TV (Model 55EM9700) in South Korea this month with deliveries scheduled to begin next month. Other markets where the LG OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) TV will be available will be announced over the next several weeks along with their respective prices. The announcement comes just days before the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
