Jan. 7, 2013 – Omaha Steaks today announced that the company will sponsor the 2013 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, presented by Food & Wine magazine, serving as the presenting sponsor of the Moet Hennessy’s “The Q” sponsored by Miami magazine. The Q, a BBQ tasting event hosted by celebrity chefs, Paula Deen and Sons, is the festival’s signature kick-off party which will be held on Thursday, February 21 in Miami Beach, Florida.
The event will feature more than 40 of the top BBQ chefs from across the country, who will be grilling up dishes featuring Omaha Steaks beef, pork and poultry for guests to enjoy. Omaha Steaks Executive Chef, Karl Marsh, will be among the chefs participating and will serve Omaha Steaks signature Beef Tenderloin prepared as a Korean BBQ with stir-fried Bok Choy. The festival takes place February 21-24, 2013
