Spotlight: M&M’S Retail Leadership
He started as its director of wholesale and licensing, managing the license business which included the company’s direct associates and a network of more than 50 licensee partners.
In 2010, he became the director of retail brand activation. The newly created position combined his previous license role with the Mars Colorworks customizable bulk business.
More recently, his title changed to director of business development for M&M’S Retail, a division of Mars Incorporated. Today, he oversees the development of unique retail executions across the company’s four business segments: mass customization, colorworks, licensing and B2B.
In addition, he’s a member of the company’s senior leadership team that develops enterprise-wide strategy across entire M&M’S Retail business.
