RESPONSIBLE, the Belfast-based, global reCommerce circularity platform has partnered with Sorted to revolutionize its flexible overseas returns, solving the latest challenges posed by Brexit and rising customer expectations.

RESPONSIBLE partners with premium fashion, streetwear, and outdoor brands, such as RÆBURN and Haglöfs to aid them in taking accountability for their products in a sustainable way. In refurbishing and reselling products, the company also buys back unwanted clothes from consumers to grade and repair before adding them to its offerings.

With Brexit rewriting the rules of logistics, the business was faced with new issues in processing returns from Northern Ireland to Great Britain without any roadblocks. Sorted was able to close this gap with its delivery experience platform, and simplify the returns process by cutting out the complex and manual steps, and automating the sending of returns labels.
